Princess Cruises Introduces Gift Card Scheme

Princess Cruises has announced a gift card scheme, which can be used to contribute towards the cost of booking a holiday with the cruise line or spent on on-board purchases.

The gift cards can be used on a number of on-board purchases including speciality dining, drinks, Lotus Spa treatments and shore excursions amongst others. The gift cards are available in numerous different designs, and can be customised to make the perfect gift – with the opportunity to record a personal audio message or add a digital photo.

Jan Swartz, Princess Cruises president, enthused: “Our new gift card offering is customisable, easy to purchase, ideal for any celebration and is the perfect gift for holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. We hope our new gift cards will inspire new travellers to take a Princess cruise and introduce them to the many worldwide destinations and memorable on-board experiences only a Princess cruise vacation can offer.”

The gift cards are available in increments of $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, and $2,000. Additionally, customisable amounts up to the value of $2,000 are available, giving the buy greater control over the gift they are giving. Gift cards for $100 or more will be delivered free of charge.

The gift cards are available from Princess Cruises official website, and plans are in development to make the gift cards available from the cruise line’s Facebook page.
