0

Elegant ships with personalised service, relaxed voyages due to extended port calls and overnight stays in ports, as well as the “finest cuisine at sea” – these are the most iconic attributes that define Oceania Cruises.

The fleet of the American cruise company includes six mid-size cruise ships. Their R-class and O-class are designed to accommodate 684 and 1,250 passengers accordingly, so people who enjoy elegant and casual ambiance, as well as best-in-class service, are going to be happy with choosing Oceania Cruises. Due to a large degree of internationality, the language spoken on board is English. The cabins are designed to be spacious and bright and are equipped with fine cloth, custom furniture and original artworks. For every 3 passengers there are almost 2 crew members – which ensures the highest level of attentiveness and personalised service. Attention to detail is not just a phrase, it’s a philosophy. From flower decorations and finely draped towels on the pool deck chair to the many art objects on the wall, decorations and furnishings are always impeccable. Passengers can find art everywhere, for example, on the Marina that offers a small passage showing paintings by Miró. Bars and lounges provide many beautiful areas to linger. A highlight is Grand Bar, which has a stylish and elegant look thanks to its pink lighting.

Discover unique destinations

Thanks to their medium size the Oceania Cruises ships can call into smaller ports or sail through smaller rivers, you could even experience the Amazon on a 26-day cruise with the Marina. Voyages with Oceania Cruises take you to the most stunning places in the world. Ranging anywhere from 7 days up to 180 days for cruises around the world, adventurers can choose from a multitude of itineraries. Oceania Cruises brings its passengers to more than 450 different destinations worldwide – most of which include ports of call with extended and overnight stays. Thanks to those longer lay times, passengers can experience the destinations more intensely. This way there is more time for shore excursions and cultural adventures, whether pre-organised or spontaneously self-organised.

The Insignia then will be the first ship of the fleet that the shipping company reintroduces in December 2018. Following that, Oceania Cruises will introduce the new versions of the Sirena in May 2019, the Regatta in September 2019, and the Nautica in June 2020. The details in restaurants, lounges and bars is also fascinating, with the Grand Dining Room consisting of chairs made from smooth leather. Furthermore, the restaurant “Horizons” has an even brighter and spacious feel with its 270-degree view. Another highlight is the Atrium, which is framed by the balustrades with crystal touches and enlightens the whole room with an eye-catching chandelier. New design objects complete & compliment the overall art experience.

The O-class ships Marina and Riviera will feature new owner suites as part of OceaniaNEXT, which are exclusively furnished with Ralph Lauren Home. Reflecting Ralph Lauren’s colour palette, the spacious suites shine in marine blue, white and cream. Thanks to windows as high as the ceiling, guests can experience an amazing ocean view. The new owner suites will premiere in April 2019 on board the Riviera and in May 2020 on board the Marina.
