Norwegian’s Encore is built around fun, adventure and endless thrills. From getting lost in a VR wonderland, whipping around the race track and enjoying the phenomenal Broadway shows, to indulging in the delicious onboard restaurants and bars. This ship is built for exhilaration and stimulation.

Some of our Cruise1st UK team were afforded the opportunity to check out the ship, and life on board! They’ve very kindly shared their experiences:

‘I loved every second on board’

Nicole said; “The ship was incredible and I loved every second on board.
The staff were really lovely and helped with everything I needed. My competitive side was certainly put to the test from the VR experience in the Galaxy Pavilion to the Mini Beer Pong in the District Brew House.

My favourite place to eat on board was probably The Manhattan Restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic.

The Kinky Boots performance was a highlight for me. In fact, it’s up there as one of the best shows I’ve ever seen! The cast were brilliant and the show was so much fun to watch!

Overall, for my first experience onboard a Norwegian ship, I’d say, it has me hooked. I’d 100% recommend this ship to everyone!”

‘The entertainment was fabulous’

Laura said; “I had such a great time onboard Encore. The crew were all lovely and the facilities were amazing!

The entertainment was fabulous, and Kinky Boots is by far the best show I’ve ever seen at sea!

The food was gorgeous, especially the Tepanyaki restaurant – that was a great experience!

The Galaxy Pavillion is fantastic, between Laser Tag, Speedway, Casino, Arcades, pools, slites and so much more – there is so much to do!

I would definitely recommend NCL!”

‘A beautiful ship’

Phil says; “Norwegian Encore is a beautiful ship with a fantastic selection of food and drinks. I personally loved the dynamic show cooking in the Tepanyaki restaurant – the steak was amazing! I also enjoyed relaxing in the craft beer bar which has a superb and varied selection of great beers.

There was a great emphasis on the innovation which made the leisure and activity areas incredible. There was a huge speedway Go-Karting track, VR Galaxy Pavilion, a 3D cinema zombie shootout and a fully immersive VR F1 Grand Prix experience which a first for me on a cruise ship! It was all terrific!”

‘A fantastic experience’

Amy recounts; “This was a brilliant ship. I really enjoyed myself.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’m very grateful that I was able to take part. The food was delicious, the staff on board were lovely and very helpful too.

I will definitely be going back on this ship again!”

‘The staff couldn’t do enough’

Michelle said; “This is an amazing ship with lots of fantastic facilities. To name a few; The Speedway, Laser Tage, and the Galaxy Pavilion.

I really loved the entertainment, especially Kinky Boots and the Beatles cover band in the famous Liverpool bar, The Cavern Club.

The food was delicious. I ate in the Tepanyaki restaurant and the chef was so entertaining whilst cooking our food to perfection. The Manhattan Room was our choice for the second evening and the steak was cooked exactly how I like it!

The staff were so friendly and helpful – they couldn’t do enough for their guests. I would recommend NCL to my customers!”
