P&O is at the vanguard of the revolution with its highly anticipated ‘Food Heroes’ project that quite literally transforms Britannia into a foodie’s paradise.

A focus on first class food

Described by P&O as a vessel that’s “inspired by the past and designed for the future,” Britannia is the epitome of luxury cruising.  As well as stylish interiors, state-of-the-art amenities and exceptional service, passengers will also be treated to a seriously inspiring food experience. In the lead up to her launch P&O has lined up its entire portfolio of food heroes and enlisted them to run cookery classes, host exclusive chef’s table dinners, participate in Q&A sessions and take part in book signings throughout the year.

So who’ll be lending their culinary star power? Let’s take a look…

James Martin

The Cookery Club is the world’s first at-sea cooking school and English chef James Martin has been enlisted as the face of the establishment. Here, passengers will get the chance to kit up at 12 fully equipped cooking areas and get expert instruction on how to whip up culinary masterpieces.
