Norwegian Escape to Debut Snow Room

0

The upcoming Escape from Norwegian Cruise Line is set to include a Snow Room in its spa facilities when it takes to the seas in October this year. Visitors to the Snow Room will benefit from the restorative qualities of snow flurries which will be blasted out throughout special snow treatments.

Harnessing the spirit of the Norwegian Fjords, the new Snow Room will be the largest of its kind and will be part of Norwegian Cruise Line’s Thermal Suite. The room will be kept at a constant temperature between 21 and 32 degrees Fahrenheit, producing a multitude of health benefits for passengers. The chilly respite from the heat of the Thermal Suite will help to stimulate blood flow, and strengthen the immune system.

The spa facilities aboard the Escape look set to be the biggest and most comprehensive of any aboard a Norwegian Cruise Line ship. The Mandara Spa’s Thermal Suite will be located across two decks, offering panoramic ocean views and hosting a hydro-therapy pool, whirlpools, steam room, dry sauna, samarium, salt room and a selection of heated loungers.

Passengers aboard the ship will benefit from a selection of exclusive, adults-only features such as a fully developed Grotto for passengers to cool off after sunbathing. The adults-only area Spice H2O offers hot tubs during the day and a nightclub experience at night. Additionally, the Vibe Beach Club is a private retreat featuring hot tubs, water features and loungers for adults only.

The Norwegian Escape will become the largest ship in the fleet when it launches early this year. The ship is set to replace the Norwegian Epic in Miami and offer luxurious cruises around the Eastern Caribbean.
