We’ve got a brand new call centre!!

We proudly unveiled our brand new call centre on Friday with special guest Robin Shaw, Vice President of Royal Caribbean UK, who had the honour off cutting the ribbon. The call centre, which can accommodate 65 sales staff, is located at our current Cruise 1st headquarters in Salford Quays which have undergone a radical renovation to create a fantastic two storey building. Here at Cruise 1st we have recently experienced rapid growth with our sales staff doubling in numbers in order to cope with the extremely high number of calls coming in to the business. Cruise continues to be a popular holiday choice despite the current economic climate and MD Daniel Townsley predicted continued growth stating that Cruise 1st were planning to increase their work force even further in the coming months.
