Top Fitness Experts to Join Crystal’s Mexican Riviera Cruise

For those who want to get a head start with their New Year’s resolutions this year, why not head for Crystal’s Mexican Riviera cruise setting sail on December the 5th? The cruise is an ultra-luxury voyage focusing on the Mind, Body and Spirit and aiming to improve the general wellbeing of passengers. There will be guest specialists onboard, teaching Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and even table tennis.

The round trip departs from Los Angeles and visits ports in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan, an itinerary sure to excite those looking for a bit of exploration on their cruise holiday.

As well as fitness classes, taken by celebrity experts, there will also be a range of informative presentations onboard the ship. Robert Reames who has appeared on various television networks as a guest expert will be leading question and answer sessions, allowing guests to talk about any specific issues they may want to bring up.

The calibre of the teachers onboard will be second to none, and even those who practice certain sports regularly are sure to learn new things. Some of the experts onboard include:

– Tracey Mallett – a world renowned pilates and fitness instructor, who will be teaching mat pilates to guests.

– Dr Martin Lee – Founder of the Tai Chi Cultural Institute, will be teaching classes and lectures about youthful longevity.

– Anita Sanci – A world famous Yoga teacher who will be taking yoga classes for all levels, from beginners upwards.

As well as these classes, there will be indoor cycling classes, acupuncture treatments, healthy, low fat options on almost all of the menus, Kinesis equipment and the cruise line’s fabulous “walk on water” program. This is one cruise where you will come back feeling healthy, refreshed and probably a few pounds lighter! Now that is a novelty!
