Royal Caribbean Changes Alcohol Packages

Royal Caribbean has announced plans to update their alcohol and drinks packages for all guests. The update includes slight changes to the prices of the packages and what is included. The packages are now priced without gratuities automatically added, saving guests roughly $10 per package.

The changes have been made to all the alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages, helping all guests enjoy a more inclusive stay on a Royal Caribbean cruise.

The Royal Replenish package is now $20pp per day and includes premium coffee, premium tea, bottle water, fresh squeezed orange juice, non-alcoholic cocktails and fountain soda.

The $40pp per day Select drinks package includes, beer, wine by the glass, non-alcoholic cocktails and fountain soda.

The Premium package costs $55pp per day and includes premium cocktails, frozen cocktails, beer, premium wines by the glass, non-alcoholic cocktails, bottled water and fountain soda.

Finally, for $65, the Ultimate package offers almost limitless choices for guests across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks selections.

RFID WOWbands

The cruise company has also announced plans to roll out the RFID WOWbands across the entire Royal Caribbean fleet over the coming years. The WOWbands have made their debut on the Quantum of the Seas and will be a feature on the upcoming Anthem of the Seas, allowing guests to navigate the ship using the bands’ infrared technology and make on-board purchases.

Royal Caribbean has not announced the schedule for rolling out the technology to individual ships as of publication.
