Royal Caribbean announces a partnership with MGM Resorts International and combined loyalty programs

As customers of Royal Caribbean know, the company’s range of high-quality benefits are some of the best around. So, its great news that RCI have announced an exciting partnership with the hospitality company MGM Resorts International. This partnership aims to forge a creative and strategic relationship and enhance customer experience even further. What’s exciting about this partnership is that passengers of Royal Caribbean and customers of MGM Resorts will have access to a combined loyalty program.

So, if you thought the existing offers were already fantastic, you’ll be happy to learn that it’s going to get even better from January 2013. If you’re a member of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society or MGM’s M life, make sure you read all the information below and see how this new combined scheme can bring you even more unique experiences!

M life already offers an amazing range of benefits to its members. Based on a Tier level system, different levels of access allow various great offers. From access to pre-sale tickets for the most sought after concerts and sporting events with exclusive seating, to priority hotel reservations, room upgrades, VIP services, gift shopping points and to so much more! With the new partnership between Royal Caribbean and MGM Resorts, Crown and Anchor Society members will now be able to receive these great offers and reap the same benefits.

What’s more, M life members will also get access to a whole range of new benefits when they go on a cruise with Royal Caribbean. Again, this will be based on a Tier system with different levels of access, and every time a member reaches a new level, the number of offers for a cruise grows bigger. International and domestic cruises will also be awarded for M life members during MGM Resorts’ promotions and slot tournaments.

“Whether on land or at sea, Crown & Anchor Society and M life members will enjoy unprecedented recognition for their dedication to our brands. We are delighted to be an M life preferred partner and welcome M life members aboard to experience our world-renowned Gold Anchor Service, innovative cruise ships, unexpected onboard amenities, and unforgettable itineraries to exciting destinations.”

Royal Caribbean executive vice president of Global Sales and Marketing, Lisa Bauer.

Royal Caribbean and MGM Resorts International feel strongly about strengthening customer loyalty and that a wider access to their fantastic benefits through the new partnership can only strengthen this further. Customers will be able to earn rewards at the same time as already enjoying fantastic experiences with either Royal Caribbean or MGM Resorts International. So, if you like to earn the chance to try something new, whether experiencing some of the many high-quality activities with MGM, or going on a fantastic luxury cruise with Royal Caribbean, this partnership is great news for you!
