Celebrity cruises have announced that they will be offering a new Personal Concierge program which is aimed at enhancing the brand’s reputation for offering a personalised service. By communicating with guests about their preferences, their tastes and their needs, it is hoped that the new Personal Concierges will be able to offer guests the perfect cruising experience.
The Personal Concierge will be highly knowledgable when it comes to matching guests’ preferences and desires with activities, events and experiences available onboard. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion, or simply want to treat themselves, the service will be available to them. Personal Concierges will also be able to help guests arrange private excursions when the ship is docked, book speciality restaurants, book spa treatments and more. They will essentially take the hassle out of arranging things onboard.
The consultation with a Personal Concierge is absolutely free of charge, however guests will be required to pay for the services and events that the concierges arrange.
As well as everyday dining experiences and spa treatments, Personal Concierges can take on much bigger tasks, helping to arrange weddings, anniversary celebrations, graduation celebrations, or perhaps even creating the perfect setting for a proposal.
