Although the Quantum Class of ships have moved slightly away from the traditional dining options available aboard ships, the Grande Restaurant offers a classic formal setting. Slow-paced luxury is the order of the day in the Grande Restaurant with globally-inspired dishes from beef wellington to sole almondine. Get all dressed up and enjoy the grandiose splendour of the setting and the menu.
California-Mediterranean Fusion, Complimentary for Suite Guests
