Celebrity Cruises partner with world leading spa and wellness brand

Celebrity Cruises have partnered with Canyon Ranch, one of the world’s leading spa and wellness brands.

Soon, guests holidaying onboard select Celebrity ships will be able to enjoy a whole new relaxing, pampering experience:  the Canyon Ranch SpaClub at Sea.

Canyon Ranch already offer their renowned SpaClub at Sea experience on other cruise ships, including Cunard’s Queen Mary 2.  However, the new partnership with Celebrity is set to be the company’s “largest and most comprehensive SpaClub at Sea offering” to date.

The luxurious new SpaClubs will include the spas, beauty salons and wellness amenities regular patrons of SpaClub have come to expect, but there’ll be something new to try too.  Holidaymakers will be able to experience a range of exclusive treatments that will make their debut on the 10 Celebrity ships.  These include new facial and body treatments, plus several unique yoga and meditation classes.

Speaking to the press at the announcement of the new partnership, Peter Smith, Chief Operating Officer of Canyon Ranch said:

“It gives us great pleasure to offer our luxury spa experience to guests onboard Celebrity’s state-of the-art ships.  Our approach to the wellness lifestyle perfectly complements that of Celebrity and we look forward to a long, prosperous relationship.”

The Celebrity and Canyon Ranch pairing was a natural progression for both brands, which have both been long recognised in their respective industries and have both won countless awards.

Celebrity Cruises has a ton of accolades to its name, including top awards from the readers of Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and Celebrated Living magazines.  Meanwhile, Canyon Ranch’s SpaClub at Sea has also been recognised as the “Best Spa at Sea” from various industry publications’ readers choice awards, including Conde Nast Traveler and SpaFinder, Inc.

“We are passionate about providing our guests with unforgettable experiences, and this collaboration with Canyon Ranch is an important milestone in our drive to elevating guests’ modern luxury vacations.  We want every aspect of our vacations – from dining and destinations to relaxing in beautiful spa surroundings – to be special, and the experts at Canyon Ranch will help us deliver on this promise.”

–  Micheal Bayley, President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises

The spa menu is set to feature all the popular Canyon Ranch treatments that patrons have come to expect, this includes indulgent facials and relaxing massages, including thermal, Asian touch and Reiki therapies.  Guests can benefit from the beauty menu too, and have their full makeup and nails done ready for their evening date.

Those who love health and fitness can take a yoga or Pilates classes, and perhaps attend one of the Mind/Body Connection and relaxation sessions, led by one of the Canyon Ranch-trained experts.

Holidaymakers will also be able to participate in a range of Wellness programs, including personal exercise prescription, private nutritional consults and acupuncture.   Both chiropractic therapy and Canyon Ranch Healthy Feet™ centers will also be available on select ships.  Additionally, Canyon Ranch health experts will provide onboard wellness lectures, workshops and cooking demonstrations.
