8 Days of Anthem of the Seas – Suite Treats and Cabins

With larger cabin sizes than the industry standard, the Anthem of the Seas is bucking a common trend amongst cruise lines of reducing cabin dimensions in order to accommodate a greater quantity. Despite these larger sized cabins, the Anthem still boasts an impressive 2,090 cabins with roughly ¾ (1,570) including balconies. The 520 remaining cabins are split into 147 which benefit from ocean views and 373 which host virtual balconies.

There are a number of specialist balconies with 34 which have been designed to be wheelchair-accessible and 28 single cabins for solo travellers.

Family Suites

Unsurprisingly for Royal Caribbean, a line so dedicated to providing exceptional holidays for the whole family, the larger family suites have undergone the greatest revision on the Anthem of the Season and her elder sister. With a range of different family suites to suite a variety of different budgets, the suites incorporate the use of inter-connecting rooms to offer family members a little privacy whilst remaining close to one another.

The Royal Family Suites in particular offer a spacious and beautiful base for a holiday on the seas, with large balconies and a central living area – accommodating up to eight passengers.

Stylish Living Quarters

All of the cabins have been decked out in stylish tones of blue and brown with alternating dark and light wood surfaces. With considerable storage options available, the majority of cabins also benefit from large, king-size beds which can be easily split into two beds and pulled apart – perfect if your partner has been indulging in garlic mussels during dinner.

Perhaps the most stylish cabins are the Ocean View staterooms located at the very front of the ship, giving guests the same view as the captain. These 36 staterooms are located on decks 8-11 and include unique and unusual design features necessitated by the design of the ship’s front end.
