With just over two weeks until the big day of the Anthem of the Seas’ maiden voyage, we’re turning our attention to the youngest passengers – the babies and tots. With ever-increasing focus on ensuring every member of the family is happy, contented and entertained aboard their fleet; Royal Caribbean have put significant focus on perfecting the Royal Babies and Tots program.
Since launching on the Royal Babies and Tots program on the Allure of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s age-specific groups have help thousands of young guests enjoy their stays on the seas.
In 2012, American Baby Magazine honoured Royal Caribbean, stating the cruise line was the Best Baby Getaway – recognising the good work of the Royal Babies and Tots programme. Offering childcare services for 6 month to 18 month olds – the Anthem of the Seas is set to provide in-cabin and group care options during the day and the night.
The night time care services from fully-checked and trained staff is particularly popular with parents who want to enjoy a sophisticated night of wining and dining on the ship whilst keeping peace of mind that baby is being cared for. All members of the ship’s crew will have possession of a Windows Tablet, giving them access to all vital information about baby and the chance to contact parents if required.
It can be difficult to keep up with tots and toddlers on holiday – the little balls of energy wanting to explore anything and everything whilst occasionally giving in to bouts of crankiness. The Anthem of the Seas has been fitted with a wide range of activities and features for younger members of the family to enjoy from splash pools to dedicated play groups.
